Please note that the open loft/sleeeping platform is a lovely place to sleep, with a comfortable double futon and a lovely view over the rooftops down Heavitree Road.

However, Helpful Holidays are unhappy about it being listed in their property details as it is accessed via a pull down ladder, and the ceiling height is less than 6ft. Therefore the ladder is padlocked in place.
