Chough Cottage, Heavitree Road, Kingsand is a 3 storey, 2 bedroom property stunningly located in this beautiful former fishing village, and has far reaching coastal views from the sitting room.
The property is thought to be about 200 years old, but has recently been thoroughly modernised. It is snuggled in a row of 18th century houses, 150 yards up from the beach and 60 yards to the coastal footpath.
Access is from Heavitree Road, a narrow lane which is not suitable for cars, so there is no passing traffic!
